Order Processing and Dispatch

- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation sms.

- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Charges

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days. Free for orders above Rs. 50,000; otherwise, a shipping fee applies.

- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days with additional charges.

Tracking Your Order

- Tracking ID: Sent via sms after dispatch. Use this ID on the courier’s website to track your order.

Delivery Attempts

- First Attempt: Our courier will attempt delivery. If unavailable, a second attempt will be made.

- Failed Delivery: After multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you for re-delivery or cancellation.

International Shipping

- Currently, we ship only within India.
